摘要
630连续挤压机在生产过程中由于温度问题,目前在生产铝管及宽铜排等时都遇到了在其他系列挤压机器上都没出现的问题。为解决这一难题,根据630连续挤压机生产过程中对腔体温度的控制要求,设计出一种模糊控制与常规PID控制相结合的智能控制系统。文中详细阐述了从利用配点法建立控制对象的数学模型、基于论域下设计模糊控制器,到最终利用MATLAB的Simulink工具箱进行仿真,实现并比较了所设计的模糊PID控制系统与传统PID控制在响应时间以及达到稳态时所需时间上的差别。
Due to temperature,there has be encountered the problem in the production of tubes and wide copper and so on that has not appeared in other series extrusion machine.To solve this problem,according to the 630 continuous extrusion production process of the chamber temperature control requirements,design a intelligent control system,combined fuzzy control and conventional PID control.This paper describes the use of collocation method to establish the mathematical model,design fuzzy controller based on domain,to final Simulink toolbox of MATLAB simulation,and compared to the designed fuzzy PID control system and the convention PID control in response time,and the time required to reach steady-state.
