摘要
为了提高镗杆的减振性能,文章提出一种可调磁力减振镗杆。为了使这种镗杆具有稳定的减振性能,需要对电磁铁控制系统参数进行优化,得到最优的控制参数。针对可调磁力减振镗杆采用PID控制器这类控制系统,利用Matlab中Simulink模块及优化工具箱,根据ItAE准则,可以很好地进行参数优化。对比优化前后的减振块阶跃响应曲线,可以看出优化后控制系统具有超调量小,响应速度快和动态稳定性好等特点,这说明这种优化是有效的。
In order to improve the damping characteristics of the boring bar,controllable magnetic damping boring bar was considered.So we must optimize the parameters of magnetic damping boring bar in control system to get the optimal controls parameter.We can optimize the parameters of controllable magnetic damping boring bar by using ItAE rule,PID controller,Simulink module and optimization toolbox in Matlab.Through making comparison between the step response curve of already optimized damping block and that of not,we can find the optimized control system is characterized by small overshoot,fast response speed and good dynamic stability.This shows the optimization is effective.
