摘要 以露地草莓"鸡心"为试材,在充分施基肥的基础上,研究了浓度为1∶30,1∶60,1∶90的梭伦剥管菌菌液根施和叶面喷施对草莓生长状况、生理生化特性、果实品质以及盛果期产量的影响.结果表明:与喷水对照相比较,梭伦剥管菌菌液可明显促进草莓各项指标的提高,根施及叶面喷施的最佳浓度均为1∶60;与尿素对照相比较,浓度为1∶60的梭伦剥管菌菌液作为追肥根施可明显促进草莓生长,提高果实品质及植株脯氨酸含量,对植株体内丙二醛含量、SOD活性及盛果期产量的影响与尿素持平. On the basic of base fertilizer, this research was conducted to evaluate the effect of Boletus soloniensis at 1 : 30,1: 60,1 : 90 on the growth, physiological and biochemical index, quality and yield of 'Jix- in' strawberry by root application and foliage spray. The results showed that B. soloniensis significantly in- creased various measures of strawberry when compared with the control,and 1:60 was the optimum con- centration for root application and foliage spray. Compared with urea, B. soloniensis enhanced growth, quali- ty and proline content when topdressed at 1 : 60, the effects of B. soloniensis were equal with urea on MDA content, SOD activity and yield in full fruit period.
