摘要
本文建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定新疆海棠果中钾、钠、钙、镁微量元素含量的方法,样品平行测定的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.5~1.5%,加标回收率为96.4~106.8%,方法准确、可靠,为今后微量元素的测定提供理论依据和技术支持。
Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determine the metallic elements of K, Na, Ca, Mg in Xinjiang crabapple fruits. The satisfying analytical precision (n=6, RSD =0.5-1.5%) and recovery (96.4-106.8%) were achieved. The method is accurate and reliable, which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the determination of trace elements in the future.
