摘要
气垫式皮带机相比托辊式皮带机具有能耗低、运行稳定可靠等优点,但较长距离的气垫式爬坡皮带机长期运行后会出现沿线撒漏料现象,影响作业质量。本文结合气垫式皮带机设计原理和结构,对气垫式爬坡皮带机出现撒漏料的各种原因进行了探索和思考,并作出尝试性的维修解决方案,力求解决这一设备运行难题,力争使气垫式爬坡皮带机撒漏料程度降到最低。
