摘要
自行研制了模拟皮肤出汗性能测量仪,对用作模拟皮肤的3种微孔膜复合织物在不同皮肤温度和水压条件下的出汗性能进行了试验研究.试验结果表明:3种模拟皮肤的出汗能力存在明显差异,但都与水压力和皮肤表面温度正相关,但随着温度的升高,水压力的影响会减小;2层聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔膜复合织物的出汗能力最高,3层PTFE膜复合织物次之,2层乳胶膜复合织物最低;3种模拟皮肤都呈现出一定的膨胀率,3层PTFE膜复合织物的膨胀率稍小;3种模拟皮肤在皮肤平均温度为24℃、水位高度为1.5m条件下的湿阻与其出汗能力成反比.
An instrument for measuring sweating performance of artificial skin was developed. Sweating performances of three kind of microporous membrane complex fabric as artificial skin at different skin temperature and pressure conditions were experimentally investigated. Experiments showed that there was a significant difference in sweating capacity among these artificial skins, which was positively associated with water pressure and their surface temperatures, and with the increase of temperature, the pressure effect was reduced. The two-layer polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fabric had the strongest sweating capacity, the three-layer PTFE fabric second, and the two-layer of latex film composite fabric was the worst. Certain swellings were all taken place while the three-layer PTFE fabric was slightly smaller than the others. Finally, evaporative resistances of the three artificial skins were measured under the average skin temperature of 24 ℃ and water level of 1. 5 m were inversely with their sweating capacities.
