摘要 为研究纤维素分解菌(KB菌)对奶牛生产性能的影响,本试验选用18头体况良好,胎次相同,体重、日产奶相近的泌乳中期荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为3组,每组6头奶牛,每头奶牛为1个重复。饲喂3种不同处理的日粮,即纤维素分解菌的饲喂量分别为0(对照组)、0.7×1011(试验1组)、1.4×1011cfu/d(试验2组),预饲期10 d,正式期40 d。结果表明,饲喂KB菌40 d后,与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组4%标准乳产量分别提高3.08%和6.57%,且均差异显著(P<0.05)。试验2组乳蛋白率提高5.67%,乳脂率提高4.49%,均差异显著(P<0.05),各处理组乳糖率、非脂乳固体物含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of KB bacteria on the production performance of dairy cow.Eighteen Holstein cows with similar body weight, parity and milk yield were assigned to 3 treatments group with 6 repli cates of 1 each which were fed with diet added 0(control),0.7 x10^11(treat 1), 1.4 x10^11 cfu/d(treat 2)KB bacteria.Each treat ment had six repeat.The experiment was lasted for 50 d,including 10 d pre-experiment and 40 d experiment.The result showed that: after feeding for 40 d,the 4% fat corrected milk of the treat 1 and treat 2 were 3.08% and 6.57% significantly higher than that of control(P 〈 0.05),While the milk protein rate and milk fat rate of treat 2 increased by 5.67% and 4.49%, respectively (P 〈 0.05),compared with the control group.Lactose rate and non-fat soild content in each treatments were not significant different(P 〉 0.05).
