摘要
目的鉴定1例引起交叉配血不合的抗体。方法采用盐水和间接抗球蛋白方法鉴定抗体类型,采用血清学方法鉴定ABO和Rh血型,采用基因分型方法鉴定Kidd血型。结果抗球蛋白方法鉴定该抗体为抗-Jkb,Kidd血型为Jk(a+b-)型。结论 Kidd血型系统的抗-Jkb引起交叉配血不合。
Objective To identify an antibody which leads to crossmatching incompatibility. Methods The type of the RBC antibody was detected with saline and indirect antiglobulin method. ABO and Rh blood types were identified by se- rological method and Kidd blood type was determined by Genotyping. Results The antibody is anti-Jkb identified by indi- rect antiglobulin method. Kidd phenotypes was Jk（ a ＋ b - ）. Conclusion The Kidd blood group system of anti-Jkh induces crossmatching incompatibility.
