摘要 采用对比试验方法,通过金相显微镜、拉伸力学性能测试、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、XRD衍射物相分析等手段研究了添加稀土元素La及固溶处理对Al-10Mg合金显微组织及力学性能的影响,发现固溶处理后,Al3Mg2相溶解起到固溶强化作用,而添加稀土La能够细化铝镁合金的晶粒、枝晶尺寸明显减小,并形成短杆及颗粒状Al11La3化合物,提高合金力学性能。当稀土元素La的添加含量为0.45%时,铝镁合金综合性能最为优良。 Effects of the La addition and solid solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-10Mg alloy were studied by means of optical microscopy, tensile test, SEM, EDS and XRD phase analysis. The results indicate that after solid solution treatment, the Al3Mg2 phase almost dissolve and have a sold solution strengthening effect, alloy mechanical properties can be improved with La addition, which is attributed to grain refinement and decrease branching of the dendrites, Al11La3 compound formation in particle or short rod-shape. When the content of La is 0.45%, the Al-Mg alloy has good comprehensive properties.
