摘要 目的观察大鼠异氟醚MAC是否具有时间节律性及与体温和MAP间的关系。方法将50只大鼠按随机表法分为五组(每组10只),分别于06:00(A组)、10:00(B组)、14:00(C组)、18:00(D组)、22:00(E组)对大鼠实施异氟醚麻醉,实验前采用鼠尾测压仪测量MAP,温度计测肛温,给药后采用多次刺激法测量大鼠MAC。结果 A、B、C、D、E组大鼠测得异氟醚MAC分别为1.514%、1.436%、1.6%、1.655%、1.669%,统计结果显示具有明显时间节律性,其时间节律性与大鼠体温和MAP时间节律性一致。结论不同时点大鼠异氟醚MAC有差异,与大鼠体温和MAP时间节律性一致。 Objective To observe whether isoflurane MAC of rats has rhythmicity and its relationship with body temperature and blood pressure.Methods Fifty rats anesthesia with isoflurane were randomly divided into five groups according to the anesthetic time points:06:00 (group A),10:00 (group B),14:00 (group C),18:00 (group D),22:00 (group E).Before the experiment,blood pressure and temperature was measured.The isoflurane MAC of rats were measured by repeatedly stimulating method post-administration.Results Isoflurane MAC of rats of six groups at 06:00,10:00,14:00,18:00,22:00 is 1.514%,1.436%,1.6%,1.655%,1.669%0 respectively,which indicated that isoflurane MAC of rats has rhythmicity in accord with body temperature and blood pressure.Conclusion Isoflurane MAC of rats in different time points are different,and the rhythmicity may be related to its body temperature and blood pressure.
