摘要
目的探析2型糖尿病老年患者骨质疏松与冠状动脉钙化的关系。方法入选我院2型糖尿病老年患者92例,根据X线双能骨密度检查分为两组,观察组为骨质疏松组,对照组为非骨质疏松组,分别进行冠状动脉双源CT检查,计算冠状动脉总钙化积分(TCS),同时检测甲状旁腺素(PTH)、血磷(P)、钙(Ca)水平。结果观察组与对照组的PTH、P、Ca检测水平结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),糖尿病患者TCS与L2、L3、L4、股骨颈骨密度呈负相关,与Ca、PTH呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病老年患者骨质疏松与冠状动脉钙化存在一定的相关性,PTH水平代偿性升高、TCS及钙磷代谢异常可作为冠状动脉钙化与骨质疏松关系的参考指标。
Objective To invwstigate the association of osteoporosis and coronary artery calciifcation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mdllitus. Methods In our hospital 92 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, according to the dual energy X-raybone density examination were divided into two groups, the observation group into osteoporosis group, the control group of non osteoporosis group, respectively, of dual source coronary CT examination, calculate the total coronary calciifcation score(TCS), simultaneous detection of parat hyroidhormone (PTH), phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca) level. Results With statistical signiifcance of the observed group and the control group PTH, P, Ca detection resultslevel difference (P〈0.05), TCS and L2 in patients with diabetes, L3, L4, femoral neck bone densitywas negatively correlated with Ca, PTH, positive (P〈0.05).Conclusions Type 2 diabetic patients with senile osteoporosis osteoporosis and coronary artery calciifcation has certain relevance, the level of PTH, TCS compensatory increase of calcium and phosphorusmetabolism can be used as a reference indicator of coronary artery calciifcation and its relationship with osteoporosis.
