摘要 以玉米秸秆为原料,采用枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌混合发酵降解秸秆纤维素和饲料适口性,提高秸秆饲料的利用率。通过L9(34)正交试验以糖化率为考察指标确定玉米秸秆饲料制备的最佳工艺:秸秆添加量10 g,接种量20%,45℃温度下培养30 h。 Bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus are mixed to ferment corn straw in order to prepare feed with cellulose degradation, feed palatability and utilization of straw feed. The L9(3^4)orthogonal experi- ments were designed to optimize the fermentation process by using starch saccharification rate as in- dex, best conditions of invested variables were : 10 g of corn straw, 20% inoculum of bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus, and the constant temperature 45 ℃ for 30 h fermentation.
