摘要
数控机床由于使用时间的增加,机床各传动部件的机械间隙逐渐增大,降低了机床的加工精度。以FANUC 0I系统数控车床为例,介绍了利用数控系统相应设置参数进行间隙补偿的方法和利用零件加工程序进行间隙补偿的方法。
CNC machine tools due to the increased use of time, mechanical clearance of the transmission part of ma- chine tool is gradually increased, reducing the processing precision of the machine tool. Based on the FANUC 0I system of CNC lathe as an example introduced the use of CNC system method of corresponding parameter settings for backlash compensation and the machining program clearance compensation.
