摘要
档案鉴定是近年来档案学研究的热点之一，文章很多，争论较大，困惑不少。造成这种局面的一个重要原因就是我们仅从业务技术的层面去探寻档案鉴定的技术方法，而没有认识到在思想方法层面上所存在的片面性。要想解决好这个问题，就必须克服研究方法上的“隧道视线”，立足于信息社会的大背景，宏观审视档案的社会功能；立足于“两个一体化”，给档案鉴定工作以合理的定位；不是从理想出发，而是从实际出发，抓住档案的原始凭证价值，制定出大体统一的规范。
： Archives appraisal is one of focus of avchival science research in recent years． There are many articles a lot of controversy and puzzle about archive appraisal research． One of the most important reasons that result in this situation is that we explore the technological methods of archives appraisal only from the aspect of vocational skills and don’t realize the one－sidedness in the aspect of ideological method． For solving the problem well we should overcome “the tunnel vision” in the research methods be based on the background of information society and scan macroscopically the social function of archives． We should be based on “the couple integrating” and give the archival appraisal work a reasonable orientation． From the practice not from the ideal we should grasp the archival primitive evidence value and establish a general uniform criterion．
