摘要
有机阻锈剂与无机亚硝酸盐相比具有性能和环保等多方面优势,已成为国内钢筋阻锈技术研究的热点。推导了对有机阻锈剂的吸附以及混凝土中氧浓度的变化对钢筋"电位"的影响,从理论上揭示了传统的"电位"法不适用于有机阻锈剂评价的原因。此外,分析了JGJ/T 192—2009《钢筋阻锈剂应用技术规程》中阻锈效率及迁移能力的评价方法的先进性与局限性。
Compared with inorganic nitrite inhibitor, organic inhibitor is more promising on the inhibition property and environmental protection.Now, it has been hot spot in the research of corrosion inhibition.In this paper, the influence of inhibitor adsorption and oxygen concentration on the potential of steel bar was analysed.The opinion that potential method was not proper for the evaluation of organic inhibitor was proposed.ln addition to this ,the method for corrosion efficiency and migration ability from JGJ/T 192--2009 was discussed and compared.
