摘要
目的:探讨红外线照射联合百多邦及护理干预治疗晚期恶性肿瘤压疮患者的临床疗效。方法:将41例(43处)晚期恶性肿瘤压疮患者随机分为对照组20例(21处)和实验组21例(22处);对照组采取0.5%碘伏纱布持续湿敷,2次/d,实验组则采用红外线照射联合百多邦及护理干预治疗压疮;治疗3周后观察两组压疮创面的愈合和好转情况。结果:评价两组疗效,显示实验组的治愈率为72.73%,平均治愈时间为(20.5±10.1)d,总有效率为95.45%;对照组治愈率为33.33%,平均治愈时间为(42.7±11.2)d,总有效率为76.19%。实验组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用红外线照射联合百多邦及护理干预治疗晚期恶性肿瘤压疮疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective：To study the infrared irradiation combined hundreds state and nursing intervention in the treatment of ad-vanced malignant tumor patients with pressure ulcers clinical curative effect. Methods： 41 cases （43） late malignant tumor patients with pressure ulcers were randomly divided into experimental group 21 cases （22） and the control group 20 cases （21）;Control group using 0.5%iodine volts gauze for shi fu, 2 times/d, the experimental group are taking infrared irradiation combined hundreds state and nursing intervention in the treatment of pressure ulcers; Observed two groups of pressure ulcers wound healing and improving. Re-sults：3 weeks after treatment, evaluating the effect of two groups, according to the experimental group cure rate was 72.73%, the aver-age healing time was （20.5＋10.1） d, the total effective rate was 95.45%;The control group cure rate was 33.33%, the average heal-ing time was （42.7＋11.2） d, the total effective rate was 76.19%. Experimental group total effective rate is better than that of control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Using infrared irradiation combined hundreds state and nursing intervention in treatment of advanced malignant tumor curative effect is pressure sores, is worth promoting.
