摘要
通过对云南省的100座小(Ⅱ)型土石坝病险水库的渗流安全统计,发现渗流安全问题较为突出,有必要对病险水库进行渗流安全评价。鉴于病险水库渗流安全评价的影响因素较多,具有相互制约、模糊性强、难以定量化的特点,运用层次分析法(AHP),建立了云南省小(Ⅱ)型病险水库渗流安全评价指标体系,对其渗流安全进行评价。通过应用层次分析法求解各层次上的权重系数,使评价结果更科学、合理。最后,通过工程实例说明了评价体系的实用性。
According to the statistics on seepage of one hundred unhealthy small ( Class Ⅱ) earth - rock dams in Yunnan Province, it is found that seepage is a big concern and it's necessary to make seepage safety evaluation to these unhealthy dams. Since there are many factors affecting the evalua- tion, and the factors are conflicting, fuzzy, unquantifiable, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to establish “Yunnan Province unhealthy small (Class Ⅱ) dams seepage safety evaluation met- rics”.
