摘要
长春市解放大路站为地铁1号线和2号线的换乘车站,采用一次扣拱暗挖逆作法施工。为合理缩短工期,方便快速施工,将导洞开挖顺序调整为先上后下,先边后中的施工顺序。为了控制地铁暗挖车站施工风险,减少和避免地层沉陷等安全事故发生,对长春地铁1号线解放大路站车站主体施工阶段地表监测数据进行分析,得出了在东北地层条件下,采用一次扣拱暗挖逆作法施工过程中的车站地表沉降变形规律,同时从地层条件、工艺特点和工序安排等多方面进行原因分析,提出了上下层导洞层间土注浆加固、合理确定导洞施工顺序和有效划分拆除支撑段落等控制地表沉降变形的有效措施。
Jiefangdalu station is an interchange station between Line 1 and Line 2 of Changchun Metro. The station is constructed by top-down construction method under the protection of cast-in-situ arch. The excavation sequence of the pilot tunnels is optimized so as to shorten the construction period and facilitate the construction organization. The ground surface settlement data of the station is analyzed and the pattern of the ground surface settlement of stations in Northeast China constructed by top-down construction method under the protection of cast-in-situ arch is obtained. The causes for the ground surface settlement are analyzed in terms of ground conditions, construction techniques and construction process. Countermeasures, including grouting reinforcement, proper pilot tunnel construction sequence and proper sup- port dismantling, are proposed so as to control the ground surface settlement.
