根据战略制定行为中参与人员的多少、行为的理性化程度、战略制定过程与实施过程的分离程度、战略形成过程的可控程度和有序程度等 ,把企业战略制定行为分为不同类型 。
According to the number of participants, the reasonable degree of behavior, the separable situation between the process of strategic formulation and implementation and the controllable and orderly extent of strategy forming process, the strategic formulating behavior is divided into different types. The main forces that influence the strategic formulating behavior are discussed.
