摘要
以植物营养学为例,针对研究生新生专业技能较弱的状况,以新生独立开展实验为基础开展技能集中训练,阐述了集中训练的关键步骤及实施过程,分析了集中训练对研究生新生的操作技能的强化提升作用。
In order to improve the less operating skill for agricultural graduate student, a skill centralized training based on analysis operating independently was conducted to promote operating skill for agricultural graduate student with plant nutrition as an example. The key steps and operating process of centralized training were elaborated, the promoting effect of centralized training for agricultural graduate student were analyzed.
