摘要
利用高效液相色谱对化肥中双氰胺和三聚氰胺的检测方法进行了研究.通过对色谱条件的优化,最后确立了有效的检测方法.采用V(0.01 mol/L乙酸铵)∶V(乙腈)=95∶5作为流动相,205 nm为检测波长.双氰胺和三聚氰胺标准溶液在1~80 μg/mL之间均具有良好的线性关系,最低定量限分别为0.5μg/mL和1.0 μg/mL,回收率为95.3% ~ 100.4%.此法处理样品简便易行,分析速度快,具有良好的重复性和再现性,适于测定化肥中的双氰胺和三聚氰胺.
The determination of dicyandiamide and melamine in chemical fertilizer is performed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in this study.The effective detection method is established through the optimization of chromatographic conditions.The optimal detection conditions are determined as follows:0.01 mol/L of ammonium acetate-acetonitrile (95∶ 5,V/V) as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 205 nm.The good linearity is in the range of 1μg/mL to 80μg/mL.The detection limit of dicyandiamide and melamine are 0.5μg/mL and 1.0μg/mL,respectively.The recoveries range from 95.3% to 100.4%.The method has simple operation and rapid analysis.The results are accurate and reliable with good repeatability and reproducibility,which makes HPLC a good method for determination of dicyandiamide and melamine in chemical fertilizer.
