双侧髂内动脉球囊阻断术治疗瘢痕子宫前置胎盘植入一例 被引量：10

摘要 近年来,随着放射介入技术在产科领域的不断应用,治疗效果佳,尤其应用动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血效果显著,该技术显著提高了患者避免切除子宫、保留生育功能的概率,因此被广泛应用于临床工作中,而国内应用介入技术治疗该类疾病时间尚短,治疗方法亦无统一规范.现将笔者收治的1例双侧髂内动脉球囊阻断术治疗瘢痕子宫、前置胎盘、胎盘植入导致的产后大出血患者报告如下.
