摘要
结合钢厂实际轧制工艺参数,应用DEFORM-3D软件对船板钢进行轧制模拟,模拟结果表明:实际生产工艺下的模拟温度场、轧制力与钢厂测量值均比较吻合,验证轧制模拟的可靠性及正确性,然后结合再结晶模型模拟了轧制过程中的显微组织演变规律,并预测了钢板的组织和力学性能,进而为钢厂轧制工艺参数的制定提供重要的参考价值。
The commercially available FE analysis software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the rolling process based on actual parameters of production line. The results showed that the temperature field and rolling force of the steel was approximate to the measured values in the producing processes. So the simulation results proved the accuracy and the validity of rolling model. And the microstructure evolution was simulated according to the recrystallization model. The predictions of the microstructure and mechanical properties provided an important reference to establish rolling process parameters in factory.
