摘要
语言是人类最重要的交际工具,它的产生、发展与它所在的社会有着密切联系。因此,语言中存在的不平等现象是社会不平等的产物。本文从社会语言学角度分析语言不平等,得出如下结论:语言在本质上是平等的,但在使用中产生了不平等。因而,只要各国社会各方面全面发展,语言主体的素养不断提高,语言不平等现象将不复存在。
As for human beings, language is the most important tool for communication. Its production and development is closely related to society. Therefore, linguistic inequality is the product of social in- equality. Based on sociolinguistics, it is concluded that language is equal in nature while it is unequal in prestige and value. Thus, only if all nations develop comprehensively and language users make im- provements, language inequality will be eliminated.
