摘要
针对垃圾渗滤液持续时间长、污染严重、地面处理成本高的特点,开展了麦饭石作为渗透性反应墙(PRB)活性材料的可行性研究。通过单因素及改性方法进行了麦饭石对Mn2+和NH+4-N的吸附性能试验。结果表明,麦饭石吸附Mn2+和NH+4-N的最佳操作条件为:pH值7、振荡频率150 r/min、反应时间2 h、粒径0.55~1.7 mm、投加量5 g/100mL,在此条件下,Mn2+和NH+4-N去除率及吸附量分别为42.89%、19.27%和0.066 mg/g、0.223 mg/g;改性麦饭石能够提高吸附速率,但是吸附量降低,选择阜新天然麦饭石作为PRB活性材料进行垃圾渗滤液中Mn2+和NH+4-N的原位处理可行。
According to the characteristics of leachate are long duration, serious pollution and high treatment cost, feasibility study was carried out about medical stone as the PRB materal. Mn^2+ and NH4^+-N were adsorbed by medical stone through the single factor experiment and modified test. The result showed that the optimum environment were: pH value 7, oscillation frequency 150 times per minutes, reaction time 2 h, dosing quantity 5 g/100mL,best sizes of filler particles 0.55-1.7 mm. Under these conditions, the removal rate of Mn2+ and NI-L+-N were 42.89%, 19.27% respectively; the adsorption capacity for Mn^2+ and NH4^+-N were 0.066 mg/g and 0.223 mg/g. Modification is good for adsorption rate, adsorption capacity decreased. So medical stone is the best adsorption material for leachate.
