应用数字化无模铸造技术生产艺术铸件的探索与实践 被引量:6

摘要 数字化无模铸造成形技术相比于传统铸造工艺,具有加工精度高、速度快、成本低等优点,其集CAD/CAM、铸造、数控加工等多项技术于一体,铸型造型不需要模样,是一种全新的铸件生产技术,具有数字化、精密化、柔性化、绿色化等特点。一般的艺术铸件结构复杂,批量小,尤其是较大型艺术铸件多数是单件生产,采用传统的铸造方法具有成本高、效率低、模型制作时间长等缺点。将数字化无模铸造成形技术应用到艺术铸造行业中可以大量地减少艺术铸件的制造周期和降低生产成本,具有很好的应用前景。本文基于数字化无模铸造精密成型技术,设计并生产了一套艺术字铸件,详细讲解了其具体生产过程。 Compared with the conventional casting processes, the digital no-pattern casting technology has many advantages such as good machining accuracy,fast processing speed,low production cost,etc.It is a new rapid manufacturing technology for castings, integrated with CAD/CAM,casting, CNC machining and many other technologies.With this digital casting technology,no pattern is needed for making molds,so the technology is digital,precise,flexible ,and green.Usually,art castings have complex structures and small quantities, especially for large-sized art castings, they are often made by single-piece production.So it has the defects of high cost,low efficiency and long time for making a pattern to produce art castings with the conventional casting processes.However,the digital no-pattern casting technology can be applied to fabricate art castings.It can greatly shorten the manufacturing cycle and lower the production cost,thus having a very good application prospect.In this article,based on the digital no-pattern casting technology, a set of artistic word castings were designed and manufactured, and the specific production process was demonstrated in details.
