摘要
轮胎作为汽车承载的重要部件,对汽车的安全性、行驶性能和操作稳定性有着非常重要的影响。文中基于CATIA平台,建立轮胎三维立体模型,通过CATIA与ANSYS的接口,向ANSYS软件中导入模型,从而分析求解在充气压力状况下的轮胎整体变形情况与各部位易产生破坏处的应力一应变分布状况,为轮胎性能的评价及轮胎的设计和改进提供参考依据。
Tire is an important part of automobile. The property of tire has an important influence upon readability,operational stability and security. Based on CATIA platform, the three-dimensional model of tire is established.Through the ANSYS interface with CATIA, the model is put into ANSYS software. The entire deformations, stresses,strains under inflation conditions are analyzed. The results will be helpful as references for the tire design and improvements.
