摘要
从人才的定义、基本分类分析出发,结合人才管理的新情况、新问题,对人才管理特性进行分析,提出"魔方"模型,在"魔方"模型下推导人才管理的新思路。
Abstract： On the basis of the concept and assortment of talent, together with new situation and problem of talent management, the features of talent management were analyzed. The Rubik＇s cube model for talent management was proposed to deduce a new mentality of talent management.
