摘要
针对大型物流城交通影响评价问题,利用物元分析理论,提出基于物元分析的物流城交通影响评价模型。首先介绍交通影响评价目的,分析大型物流城相比其他大型建设项目的特殊性,从而构建出交通影响评价指标体系;其次介绍物元分析的计算步骤,其中在确定各指标权重时运用成对比较法。最后结合实例,验证该方法的准确性及优越性。结果表明,用物元分析法对大型物流城进行交通影响评价是可行的,能够定量评价项目交通影响的大小,并具有较高精度。
For large logistics city, the model is proposed based on matter-element analysis theory. Firstly, the paper introduces the purpose of traffic impact evaluation, analyzes the particularities of logistics city compared to other large construction projects, builds a traffic impact evaluation index system; Secondly introduces the calculating process of matter-element analysis, and use paired comparison in determining the weight of each index; Finally, combine with an example to verify accuracy and superiority of this method. Results show that using the matter-element analysis method for large logistics city traffic impact assessment is feasible, it can assess the degree of the traffic impact and be able to provide with higher precision.
