摘要
对1例新生死亡的体细胞克隆猪的5种组织进行详细的组织病理学观察,结果发现:体细胞克隆猪肺脏表现为典型的肺不张,肺泡壁有明显充血;肝脏的肝细胞形态异常,肝索紊乱,无典型肝小叶结构;肾脏的肾小球处于不同发育阶段,肾小管管腔尚未形成,仅有肾小管轮廓。
The histopathological observation of 5 organs（heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney） from a dead neonatal cloned piglet was made detailedly. It was found that the lung showed a typical atelectasis and the alveolar wall had an obvious congestion The liver was abnormal in cellular morpha and disorderly in hepatic cord, and had no typical hepatic lobule;The glomeruli of kidney were at various development stages, the renal tubular lumen did not formed, and only the profile of renal tubule occurred.
