广西奶牛子宫内膜炎致病菌的分离鉴定、耐药性分析及致病性试验 被引量:8

The Separation, Identification, Drug Resistance Analysis and Pathogenicity Test of Pathogenic Bacteria for Cow Endometritis in Guangxi

摘要 本研究随机选取广西2个大型牛场50头子宫内膜炎患牛,采集其子宫分泌物,通过显微镜检查、细菌分离鉴定、生化鉴定等方法进行病原学研究,并采用标准K-B纸片法对分离菌株进行25种抗生素敏感试验。结果显示,检出6种病原菌共46株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌8株(占17.39%)、链球菌12株(占26.09%)、沙门氏菌5株(占10.87%)、大肠杆菌14株(占30.43%)、蜡状芽孢杆菌5株(占10.87%)、棒状杆菌2株(占4.35%)。46株分离菌株部分耐药,耐药率高达95.65%;有34株对小白鼠具有致病性,致病率达73.91%。结果表明,广西2个大型牛场奶牛子宫内膜炎的主要致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌等细菌,分离菌株致病性较强且存在较严重的耐药现象。头孢菌素类和第三代氟喹诺酮类对本次分离病原菌普遍有较好的抑制作用,可作为该场治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎的较理想药物。 To understand the pathogenic bacteria of dairy cow endometritis in Guangxi, uterus secretion of 50 diseased cows randomly selected in two dairy farms were detected by microscopic examination, bacteria cultivation, biochemical identification methods such as etiology study, and the standard K - B paper method was used for 25 isolates antibiotic sensitive test. Result showed that a total of 46 strains for 6 kinds of pathogenic bacteria were detected out, including 8 strains of Staphylococcus aureus(17.39%), 12 strains of Streptococcus(26.09%), 5 strains of Salmonella(10.87%), 14 strains of E. coli(30.43%), 5 strains of Waxy bacillus (10.87%) and 2 strains of Corynebacterium (4.35%). In the 46 isolated strains, most were resistant, the resistant rate was high at 95.65%. 34 isolated strains was pathogenic of mice, the pathogenic rate was 73.91%. It suggested that the main pathogenic bacteria for cow endometritis in these two farms were Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus bacteria. The isolated strains had serious drug resistance and stronger pathogenicity. Cephalosporin class and the third generation fluoroquinolone had universal inhibitory effect on the separation of pathogenic bacteria, which can be used as the amateur ideal therapeutic agents in the treatment of cow endometritis.
