后路枕骨髁螺钉内固定研究进展
摘要
目前临床上治疗枕颈交界区失稳时,颅侧主要固定方式是枕骨钢板螺钉固定。但这种固定方法存在一定的颅脑损伤、静脉窦破裂等严重并发症发生率以及枕骨薄弱、缺损等手术禁忌证。
