犬源大肠杆菌分离鉴定及耐药性分析 被引量:20

摘要 目的了解犬源耐药性大肠杆菌的流行情况。方法采集犬的肛拭子样品191份,进行大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及分群;对分离的大肠杆菌进行氨苄西林、多粘菌素B等13种抗生素药敏检测及耐药谱分析。结果从样品中分离鉴定出254株大肠杆菌。细菌耐药性检测结果表明,对阿米卡星和氨苄西林的耐药率最高(77.56%,75.98%),对美洛培南和多粘菌素耐药率较低(3.54%,3.94%);其中187株菌表现为对3类以上抗生素的多重耐药表型(73.62%),仅有8株菌对13种药物都敏感(3.15%);宠物犬携带的大肠杆菌耐药率比工作犬更高。结论研究获得了犬源大肠杆菌耐药性的基本流行病学数据,检测到了对6类12种抗生素耐药的泛耐药菌,首次发现了对包括多粘菌素在内的全部7类抗生素耐药的超广谱耐药犬源大肠杆菌,为深入研究动物源耐药性产生与传播机制以及指导伴侣动物临床用药提供了科学依据。 The occurrence of antimicrobial resistance and related resistance patterns of Escherichia coli from dogs was investigated in this study. A total of 191 anal swab samples were collected from dogs including 59 working dogs. E. coli were isolated and analyzed for phylogenetic groups and resistance to 13 antimicrobial agents. A total of 254 Escherichia coli isolates were recovered from 191 anal swab samples of dogs. Among canine E. coli isolates, 77.56 % were resistance to amikacin and 75.98% to ampicillin. Resistance to meropenem and polymyxin B was observed in 3.54% and 3.94~ of the isolates, respec- tively. Of 187 (73.62 ~/6) of 254 Escherichia coli isolates were multiple resistant (resistance to more than three kinds of antibi- otics) and only 8 strains (3.15%) of E. coli did not show any resistance to all 13 antimicrobial agents. The results showed that the drug resistance rate of E. coli strains isolated from pet dogs were higher than those from working dogs. Epidemiological background and basic data of drug resistance of E. coli from dog were obtained. It was the first report that E. coli isolated from dog could resistant to 12 kinds of antibiotics, which suggested that more attention should be paid to the use of antimicro- bials and the occurrence of antimicrobial resistance in companion animals. This investigation provided data on occurrence of an- timicrobial resistance in E. coli from dogs, which may be useful for the small animal practitioner.
