摘要
基于声弹性效应,超声波可以无损检测出结构内部应力。针对箱型搅拌摩擦焊接结构,使用超声波法对其残余应力分布进行了无损快速测量。结果表明纵向残余应力分布在焊缝附近表现为较高的拉应力,在轴肩作用区域一定距离之外迅速下降并转变为压应力,横向残余应力很小,纵向残余应力峰值出现在前进侧一侧,搅拌摩擦焊接头焊缝两侧的纵向残余应力分布明显地表现出不对称性。分析认为搅拌焊接残余应力的分布特点由其复杂的材料流动和焊接温度场共同作用造成。
The residual stress of a friction stir welded box type structure by was quick and non- destructive tested by ultrasonic method based on the acoustoelastic effect.The experimental results show that the longitudinal residual stress is higher tension stress in the vicinity of the weld,but falling rapidly outside the shoulder region.The results also show that the transverse residual stress is smaller in the whole structure.The distribution of residual stress is not asymmetry on both sides of weld seam,and the peak stress appears at the advancing side.Analysis shows that the distribution of friction stir welding residual stress is caused by the complex material flow and the special welding temperature field.
