阴道原发性上皮样滋养细胞肿瘤1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 上皮样滋养叶细胞肿瘤（epithelioid trophoblastic tumor，ETT）是一种少见的、病理形态学类似癌的滋养细胞肿瘤，来源于绒毛膜型中间滋养细胞。1998年Shin等首次报道。好发于育龄期女性的子宫，而原发于阴道壁的ETT罕见，在以往文献中未见报道。本文报道1例原发于阴道壁的ETT，并结合文献对其临床病理特征、组织来源、鉴别诊断、生物学行为进行探讨。
