摘要
目的探讨新生血管性青光眼有效持久且费用少的治疗方法。方法对2010年3月至2012年6月在上海市九院眼科就诊的8例（8只眼）绝对期新生血管性青光眼患者采用改良巩膜造瘘联合前段玻璃体切除，术后随访眼压和眼部情况6。12个月。结果术后1周眼压平均11．59mmHg，1例因脉络膜出血眼压再次升高，行二次手术治疗；随访期末平均眼压7．45mmHg。结论改良巩膜造瘘联合前段玻璃体切除，是治疗绝对期新生血管性青光眼有效方法。
Objective To explore the effective and unexpensive treatment of neovascular glauco- ma. Methods Eight patients with neovascular glaucoma were treated by scleral fistula combined with anterior vitreetomy. The intraocular pressure and ocular conditions were observed in 6-12 months postoperatively. Results Average intraocular pressure IOP was 11.21 mmHg in 1 week post- operatively, ＇and 10.53mmHg in the end of observation, 1 patient with choroidal hemorrhage needed reoperation. Conclusions Modified scleral fistula combined with anterior vitrectomy is an effective method to treat the absolute neovaseular glaucoma.
