摘要
目的研制既符合大鼠躯干结构,又不影响大鼠心肺功能的试验大鼠负重装置;并且能方便负重负荷装载和质量的调整。方法选取柔软舒适的布料,根据SD大鼠躯干各部位的周径,设计出符合躯干结构的负重装置;采用化学定量分析法测量大鼠的呼吸速率,评定负重装置对大鼠心肺功能是否有影响。结果制作出相对简略未外观美化处理的负重装置;经分析有无配戴装置下的呼吸速率数据,表明在实验误差允许范围内不影响大鼠心肺功能。结论装置将为研究负重的质量不同与骨骼肌损伤程度的关系,及为确定最佳的负重质量等提供一个简便、实用的负重装置;也为骨骼肌损伤研究增加一个可探索研究的负重变量因素。
Objective To develop a weight-bearing device that conforms to the body structure of rats without affecting their cardio-pulmonary function and also is easy to be loaded and adjusted in weights. Methods A weight- bearing device was developed using comfortable and soft fabrics according to the diameters of various body parts in rats. The respiration rate of rats was measured using chemical quantitative analysis to assess the effect of weight- bearing devices on the rats' cardio-pulmonary function. Results A simple weight-bearing device without any beautification was developed. The respiration rates of rats were analyzed with and without the weight-bearing device, which showed that this device did not affect the cardio-pulmonary function of rats within the error range. Conclusion This device is very simple and practical and can be used in exploring the relationship between different weights and the muscle damage and identifying the optimal weight. Also, it provides another variable worthy of research in the study of muscle damage.
