摘要
目的评估CT导引结合SPECT/CT穿刺活检对胸部病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性研究CT导引结合SPECT/CT经皮穿刺活检胸部病变34例,活检部位包括肺部30例,胸壁4例,使用18G^20G穿刺针作穿刺抽吸活检。结果穿刺活检成功率100%,穿刺活检诊断为恶性病变16例,良性病变15例。假阴性3例,穿刺活检正确率91.1%。并发症为轻度气胸(4例)。结论 CT导引结合SPECT/CT经皮细针穿刺活检胸部病变是安全可行的诊断方法。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT guided percutaneous aspiration biopsy combined with SPECT/CT in thoracic lesions. Methods 34 patients of the thoracic lesions who underwent CT guided percutaneous fine needle aspiration biopsy combined with SPECT/CT were retrospectively reviewed. The sites of CT guided biopsy in 34 patients included the lung （n=30） and the chest wall （n=4）using CT guided percutaneous FANB with 18 -20 gauge needle. Results All lesions were safely accessible with accuracy rate of 100%. The biopsies revealed malignancy in 16 cases, benignity in 15 cases, and false negative in 3 cases. The accuracy of diagnosis was 91.1%. The complication with slight pneumothorax was occurred in 4 cases. Conclusion CT guided aspiration biopsy combined with SPECT/CT is a safe and effective method in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thoracic lesions.
