This paper analyzes the function of grass-root public library＇ s digital resources construction on broadening the service channel, probes into the present situation of and existing problems in rass-root public library＇s digital resources construction, expounds the connotation and significance of building diversified network service system, and studies the information security and long-term preservation problem in grass-root public library＇ s digital resources.
