摘要
以辽宁省喀左县紫砂页岩、陶土为主要原料,添加钼矿渣制备劈开砖。对样品的吸水率,饱和系数,抗折强度,热稳定性进行了测试分析,研究结果表明:在1080℃下烧结制备劈开砖,钼矿渣的掺入量可达到30wt.%,其吸水率为5.03%,抗折强度为18.54MPa,抗冻性和热稳定性都符合行业要求。
Split bricks were prepared using purple stone and ceramic clay as main raw materials and molybdenum slag as an admixture.The water absorption,bending strength,saturation coefficient,and thermal stability were measured.The main phase structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD).The result showed that the split bricks sintered at 1080 ℃ could have the maximal amount of molybdenum slag admixture of up to 30 percent,the waster absorption of 5.03 percent,the bending strength of 18.54 MPa,and the freeze-thaw resistance and thermal stability up to the industrial requirements.
