摘要 目的研究NCTD和IFN-γ对T细胞Jurkat TRAIL表达的影响。方法培养Jurkat,用不同浓度的IFN-γ和NCTD处理细胞,流式细胞术分析细胞表面TRAIL表达和细胞内活性氧水平。结果 IFN-γ以浓度依赖的方式上调Jurkat细胞TRAIL表达,而NCTD可增强IFN-γ对TRAIL的上调效应;NCTD可增加细胞内活性氧的表达。结论 NCTD可能通过活性氧调节的信号途径协同IFN-γ增强TRAIL的表达。 Objective To study the effect of NCTD and IFN-γ on mTRAIL expression in Jurkat cells. Methods Jurkat cell was cultured in the medium of the different concentration of NCTD and 1FN-γ. The TRAIL expression on the cell surface and the active oxygen levels in the cell were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results TRAIL's expres- sion of Jurkat were increased in a concentration dependent manner by IFN-γ and the effect of IFN-γ on TRAIL could be enhanced by NCTD;The active oxygen expression in the cells could be enhanced by NCTD. Conclusion TRAIL cells expression can be enhanced by NCTD in the way of signal pathway in regulating active oxygen.
