摘要
目的：研究复方一枝蒿片对小鼠的抗炎作用和免疫功能的影响，为其在临床中的合理用药提供病理学参考。方法：采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和毛细血管通透性实验观察复方一枝蒿片的抗炎作用；采用MTT比色法检测药物对刀豆蛋白A（ConA）诱导下T淋巴细胞的增殖作用影响，评价复方一枝蒿片对免疫功能的影响。结果：复方一枝蒿片2.5、5.0 g/kg剂量组对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀均有明显的抑制作用（P＆lt;0.01）；复方一枝蒿片1.5、2.5、5.0 g/kg剂量组对冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高均有明显的抑制作用（P＆lt;0.01）；复方一枝蒿片在312~20000 mg/L能显著抑制ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖作用（P＆lt;0.05）。结论：复方一枝蒿片具有良好的抗炎和调节免疫功能作用。
Objective：To investigate immunization and the anti-inflammatory effect of compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of influenza.Method：Using the xylene-induced mouse ear edema and capillary permeability test to investigate anti-inflammatory effects.Drug on effects of ConA induced T lymphocyte proliferation was measured by MTT colorimetric assay.Result：Compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet 2.5,5.0 g/kg dose could significantly inhibited xylenen-induced ear edema in mice （P＆lt;0.01）;Compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet （1.5,2.5,5.0 g/kg dose） could significantly inhibited acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability in mice;Compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet 312-20 000 mg/L concentration range can suppress ConA-induced T cell proliferation（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Compound Artemisia Rupestris tablet have anti-inflammatory and immunoregulation function.
