摘要
从高职院校大学生存在的自控能力差、学习能力弱以及人际关系处理不好等心理健康问题入手,分析了高职院校心理健康教育存在的师资力量薄弱、思想上不重视和教育方式不科学等不足,并针对现阶段高职院校及高职院校大学生的特点,提出了高职院校心理健康教育应该成立心理健康教育的组织机构,建立心理健康档案,设置心理健康教育课程,开展心理咨询及心理健康教育活动,积极构建高职院校心理健康教育体系。
This paper lists the current psychological health problems of vocational college students, such as poor self-control ability, the weak earning ability and mental health problems. And analyzes the problems of psychological health education in vocational colleges, such as teachers teaching level is not so pefect, the leaders do not take the ideological and the way of education is not scientific, etc. So according to the characteristics of the present vocational colleges and vocational college students,We need to set up the mental health education organization We need to set up the mental health education organization, establishing psychological files, set up the psychological health education, psychological counseling and mental health education activities, and actively build the system of mental health edu- cation in Higher Vocational colleges.
