摘要
自然生长的海滩铺地黍叶片中的脯氨酸 ( Pro)含量比水湿地植株高 36% (以干重计 ) .在 50~ 4 0 0 mmol/ L Na Cl胁迫下 ,移栽后的两种植株中 Pro含量均随盐度的增加而增加 ,尤其是在原生长于海滩的植株中 .盐胁迫下 ,Pro在游离总氨基酸组成中的比例也相应地提高 ,其余氨基酸的变化程度则较小 .然而 ,Pro积累并没有导致海滩铺地黍对盐胁迫耐性的增加 .
Leaves of Panicum repens naturally growing in sand beach produce 36% proline in leaf (Pro) (d. w.) than those naturally growing in freshwater habitat. After transplanting, the beach plants accumulated more Pro than the habitat plants under 50~400 mmol/L NaCl stress. HPLC analysis confirmed that Pro levels in the free amino acid pool were markedly enhanced by NaCl stress in the beach plants. However, Pro overaccumulation did not result in an increase in tolerance of the beach plants to salt stress.
