摘要
混凝土结构的伸缩缝表面处理多采用建筑密封胶,密封胶的不透水性是能否成功进行伸缩缝表面处理的关键指标,而相关规范与文献没有合适的检测方法。考虑密封胶的实际使用情况,研发了密封胶不透水性检测方法。通过试验介绍了建筑密封胶不透水性检测方法的设计、改进、试验效果及其优缺点,给出试验机制与密封胶抗压值的评定规则,发现了密封胶的破坏特征,简要分析了不同密封胶不透水性差别的原因。改进后的试验方法方便、快捷、试验结果稳定。
Building sealants waterproof performance is the key indicator to treat expansion joints surface,but we don't find appropriate method in related specifications and documents.The authors developed the test method through experiment,introduced the design,improvement,test results and the advantages and disadvantages of test method of building sealants waterproof performance,given test mechanism and assessment rules of the compressive value,discovered the damage characteristicof building sealant,and briefly analyzed the reason of difference about different sealants waterproof performance.The improved test method is convenient,fast and the test results are stable.
