相变膨胀石墨制备保温砂浆的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以石蜡/膨胀石墨复合相变材料为功能组分,制备出具有蓄热调温功能的保温砂浆。利用SEM分析了复合相变材料的微观形貌,测试了相变保温砂浆的抗压强度、软化系数、导热系数和调温蓄热等技术性能。结果表明,随着相变膨胀石墨掺量的提高,砂浆28d抗压强度逐渐降低,软化系数则先增加后降低;热导率较高的膨胀石墨提高了石蜡的热交换效率,使保温砂浆具有较好的调温蓄热能力。 Using phase change composite paraffin and expanded graphite for functional components, the thermal in-sulation mortar for thermal storage and thermal regulating effect is prepared. SEM is used to analyze the microstructure of phase change expanded graphite; technical performances of the softening coefficient, compressive strength, thermal con-ductivity and thermal storage performance of mortar are investigated. The results show that, with the increase of the phase change expanded graphite content, water absorption of mortar first decreased and then increased, 28d compressive strength decreased gradually; expanded graphite with high thermal conductivity increases paraffin heat exchange efficiency, which make the thermal insulation mortar with thermal storage ability.
