摘要
自制冲击力测定装置 ,测定了刚性和橡胶缓冲柔性两类冲击条件下的冲击力 ,利用回归分析建立了冲击力的计算数学模型 .结果表明 ,刚性冲击条件下 ,冲击力与冲击物体的质量、冲击动能的一次方和冲击速度的平方成正比 ,钢垫对冲击无缓冲作用 ;刚性冲击时可利用与冲击动能有关线性模型计算冲击力 ;橡胶缓冲冲击的效果只与橡胶厚度有关 ,且随橡胶厚度的增加而增强 ;橡胶的缓冲能力与橡胶厚度的关系可用指数方程表示 .
With a particularlydesigned apparatus,the impact force was determined in cases of rigid impacting and flexible impacting with rubber cushion.Models for calculating impact force were regressed.In case of rigid impacting, impact force is proportional to mass of impacting body,impacting kinetic energy and the square of impacting velocity,their relationships can be described as liner mathematic models, and steel cushion cannot buffer impact.In case of flexible impacting with rubber cushion, the buffering effect varies only with the thickness of rubber cushion ,which can be expressed as exponential equation.
