一种简化工序的鲤鱼钳锻造工艺

摘要 针对鲤鱼钳传统的锻造工艺进行改进,提出一种新的锻造工艺。该工艺省去了传统工艺的拔长工序,采用圆棒坯料直接终锻的方法。新工艺将传统工艺的一模一件改进为一模两件。进行了终锻模型腔布排和设计,对锻造过程进行了三维有限元模拟,在锻锤上进行了试生产。研究结果表明:新工艺不仅将材料利用率提高了0.5%,而且工艺性好,操作方便,生产效率高。 The new forging process of carp grips was proposed to improve traditional forging process. The cylinder billet was formed directly to the finish-forging part, and the traditional stretching procedure was omitted in this forging process. The forging die with one module and two cavities instead of traditional one module and one cavity was determined. The finish-forging die cavities were arranged and designed. The 3D finite element method (FEM) simulation of the forging process was presented, and experimental studies were performed on the forging hammer. The results show that the material utilization rate is improved by 0.5% in the new forging process, and the new forging process is simple and convenient for operation, meanwhile it has good manufacturability and high production efficiency.
