摘要 阐述辽阳职业技术学院食品生物技术专业实训基地建设现状,提出根据岗位需求构建课程体系和实践教学体系,形成以"五目标"岗位技能为核心的课程体系和以"校内专项实训、校内生产实训、校外顶岗实习"三位一体实践教学体系,并对实践教学方法与考核过程进行改革。 In this paper, the author examines the present situation of the construction of training base for food biotechnology majors of Liaoyang Vocational College of Technology, puts forward the construction of curriculum system and practical teaching system according to the demand of the post, to form the "five goals" skills as the core curriculum and the “three-in-one" practical teaching system, namely, "special training on campus, production training on campus, off campus internship, and reform the practical teaching methods and the evaluation process.
