摘要
我国承诺到2020年单位GDP二氧化碳排放比2005年下降40%-45%,这一减排目标最终会分摊到各个省区,由于各省区的发展条件不同,碳排放模式和减排政策也有很大的差异性。在前人相关研究的基础上,根据中国国情将Kaya恒等式作适当的修正与扩展,引入城镇化和森林覆盖率因素,通过LMDI分解方法,对宁夏碳排放的影响因素作定量分析。影响宁夏碳排放的三个主要因素依次是单位能源消费的碳排放量、城镇化水平和能源强度。根据宁夏经济社会发展的阶段性特征与区情,提出发展低碳经济的若干建议。
.China's commitment to 2020 carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP decreased by 40~ - 45 ~ than 2005, e- mission reduction targets that will eventually be apportioned to the various provinces, due to the development of provinces in the different conditions, carbon emissions and emission reduction policies also have great difference. Based on previous studies, according to China's national conditions the paper makes Kaya identities for modification and extension of appro- priate, the introduction of urbanization and the forest coverage rate factors, through the LMDI decomposition method, the influencing factors of the Ningxia carbon emissions to make quantitative analysis. Three major factors that affect the carbon emission in Ningxia are units of carbon emissions, energy consumption level of urbanization and energy intensity. Based on the stage characteristics and present situation of Gansu's economic and social development, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of low carbon economy.
